What Were Looking for  Ability to work and yield standardized output with minimum supervision  Detail Oriented  Computer skills  Ability to read and comprehend blueprints  Strong math skills  Ability to use various measuring devices such as dial calipers tape measure skillfully  Versatile to various duties adaptable to change creative with problem solving responsible for quality  output and dependable team player  HS Diploma or the equivalent  Technical schoolapprenticeship program a plus
