CTTX Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, promoting disease prevention and health maintenance, and collaborating with specialists as needed.

Requirements

• Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care

• Strong clinical skills and diagnostic abilities

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut

• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous learning
