Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities

• Perform both scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment and emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Repair and maintenance of supporting infrastructure systems (compressed air, cooling, water, HVAC, lighting, etc.)
• Responsible for completing documentation for all maintenance work and communicate situations with managers.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly diversified duties to install, repair, and maintain production machines and packaging equipment.
• Mechanical ability to determine corrective action required on equipment to return back to service including; Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair, and programming issues.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Comply with safety regulations, multitask, and be detail orientated in a MUST.
