Life-Science Innovations Shared Services is seeking a Human Resources Director.
This is a key senior-level leadership career opportunity! We’re looking for an experienced HR professional eager to utilize their diverse human resource and compliance knowledge to help us grow and evolve our existing programs. The Opportunity :
We are experiencing growth and are in need of a passionate, seasoned leader who will take our existing HR department to the next level. You’ll start with our team who has a solid foundation of HR services, programs and practices. We’ll give you the opportunity to continue to empower and positively influence them through your depth of expertise, experiences, and leadership.
In addition to the HR team, you will be a trusted partner and resource to a diverse group of companies including 2,000+ employees spread out across multiple states.

Life-Science Innovations is the Shared Services partner that provide services in the areas of HR, IT, Finance and Administrative duties to a group of companies involved in various niches of the turkey industry. Our Purpose is to Share Smarter, Serve Better by providing tailored professional shared services, partnering with our customers to become an extension of their team.
This position is located onsite in Willmar, MN on the beautiful MinnWest Technology Campus.

Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
The Education & Experience We Are Seeking:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business field; Master’s level degree highly desired
10+ years of experience with a history of progressive growth and development in Human Resources functional roles
2+ years of experience in a Sr. HR Leadership level role
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
Experience working with and communicating in a diverse workplace with multiple locations highly desired
Customer-service orientation; excellent communications skills; ability to interact effectively and establish cooperative working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
Experience effectively working with a diverse workforce across multiple locations
Strong and collaborative leadership style adept at cohesively leading employees in multiple different positions
Lead the team through a Strengths-based, Servant Leadership approach
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have high energy, be adaptable to change, enjoy fast work pace, live with honesty and integrity, and bring a sense of humor to our team
