Summary: Kokosing Inc. is in search of a Benefits Manager to oversee the company's benefit programs and polices. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of the company's benefits programs. The Benefits Manager will report to the Director of Team Member Operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and administer comprehensive company sponsored benefits programs, including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings. Collaborate with benefits vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service levels. Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services and meet established performance standards. Implement benefits offerings that are competitive and aligned with the organization's goals and industry standards. Stay informed about changes in benefits laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Manage benefits-related audits and reporting processes. Plan and execute enrollment processes, coordinating communication, and other related enrollment activities. Analyze benefits data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance, and industry trends. Experience of driving change in an organization. The ability to influence at all levels within an organization. Strong strategic skills to enable the development of people strategies within the business. The ability to lead and coach at executive level and beyond.
