Description:

This company has a VDA audit at the end of July that they are not ready for. This person will be spending time in the quality systems and need to understand the process flow to ensure the plant is ready for the VDA audit. This is a 3 month contract to help prepare for the audit coming up but has a potential to go direct to become a quality management specialist. They will be reviewing Navistar (Volkswagen) requirements to make sure they are align and ready for the audit to go off in July.

• Monitor, update and keep current the QMS, including work instructions, documents, and records.

• Ensure processes are aligned with current system approach throughout the organization.

• Manage the audit process to assist company with QMS processes and improvements.

• Build and audit protocols and conduct internal audits.

• Recommends solutions and potential resources to implement improvements to the QMS.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• VDA Audit experience

• Proficient in Excel

Nice to Have:

• Automotive experience

• VDA certified
