JOB REQUIREMENTS: Safely operate equipment, completing single piece operation with precision. Inspect leather shoes. Lace shoes. Ruff inside of the bottom soles of shoe to be cemented. Polish shoes with shoe polish chemicals. Box final product in pairs and prepare for shipment. Testing of various soles, with water, to ensure leak proof and water proof. Operate injection molding machine. Frequently pull leathers off of shoe forms. Sew various material to create the shoes. Repairing the shoes and any defects they may have. Maintain a clean and safe work area around machines. Monitor quantities during an order to properly split orders as needed.
