**Assistant Shop Supervisor

Shure Manufacturing Corporation, a leading provider of workbench, tool storage, part storage solutions, and bullet resistant transaction drawers in the automotive aftermarket and security industry is looking for an assistant shop supervisor to manage our paint production, assembly, and warehouse areas.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage workflow between fabrication and throughout areas of responsibility.
• Supervision of 25+ direct reports.
• Ensure clear communication between management and production staff to facilitate efficient manufacturing processes while producing the high-quality products Shure is known for.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering prints.
• Strong leadership, time-management, and organization skills
• Ability to flex and adjust in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Firm understanding of safety regulations including OSHA.
