The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.

  • Conduct research on training opportunities that will enable IT Support Specialists to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.

  • Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.

  • Maintain program data and a library of video, audio, or computer-based training resources to enhance learning.

  • Plan and coordinate proper venues, timing, and modality.

  • Oversee and participate in the development of training materials.

  • Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure).

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring content is relevant and easily understandable.

  • Prepare instructor materials (course outline, background materials, and training aids) to be used by all trainers.

  • Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms) to be used during instructor led training sessions.

  • Develop employee career development tracks to enhance employee skills and knowledge that can lead to mastery of their current jobs, as well as support to emerging capabilities and hardware requirements.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance training programs.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees as they apply newly acquired skills in their roles.

  • Compile and analyze data to help with budget preparation and training priorities.

  • Be responsible for a values-based approach to leadership education and development within the company.

  • Track metrics daily to ensure that all departments are running effectively.

  • Coordinate with program Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure training is approved and properly funded.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be a self-starter who can take senior-leader guidance and intent, and oversee the operations of independent and collaborative, assigned projects.

  • Proficiency with MS Office365 tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio).

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sound critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
