ADS Inc. has an immediate job opening for a Systems Analyst in our Virginia Beach Headquarters. We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with extensive experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite, Warehouse Management, Distribution, EDI, Ecommerce and Salesforce.com would be a plus. Systems Analyst Required Experience and Skills:

• Lead and assist software configuration and custom development projects within the Oracle E-Business Suite and Salesforce.com including Data Integration, Warehouse Management, Order Management, and Sales (CRM).)
• Lead and reconfigure implementation of new modules and/or functionality
• Work with users to remedy daily helpdesk tickets.
• Help build Knowledge Repository for IT
• Lead and assist the gathering of end user requirements for new modules or custom development.
• Ability to write and develop processes and reports with PL/SQL, SQL Plus, and/or SOQL within various reporting tools.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• 3 5 Years' experience with SQL, SOQL and PL/SQL and knowledge of database table structures and Application Express (APEX) would be a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office required
• Minimal experience required with Oracle developer tools including reports, XML publisher, and workflow builder
• Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
• Detail oriented, with ability to work and drive tasks independently
• Experience working with all levels of the organization, both technical and functional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of common business practices is required.
• Strong analytical skills with proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
