RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data and ETL Systems Analyst is a primarily functional role which supports a wide array of IT development and sustainment projects spanning several teams in ADS IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, task management, and an ability to balance daily support for operations with other ongoing initiatives.

This candidate will be expected to utilize the ADS product data management toolset to perform daily ad-hoc changes to the product database. Additionally, the successful candidate will gain intimate knowledge of ADS operational business processes and will be expected to design and implement process changes, toolset changes, and documentation which will facilitate greater working efficiencies for the IT team as well as the entire ADS organization.

Role Specifics:

Systems

• Lead and assist software configuration and custom development projects within the Oracle E-Business Suite and Salesforce.com including Data Integration, Warehouse Management, Order Management, and Sales (CRM)
• Lead and reconfigure implementation of new modules and/or functionality
• Work with users to remedy daily helpdesk tickets
• Contribute to IT Knowledge Repository
• Lead and assist the gathering of end user requirements for vendor-facing data management tools and interfaces

Data

• Develop business process workflows to streamline data operations
• Day-to-day data change operations based on internal user requests
• Manage service desk ticketing process and SLA development with internal and external customers
• Provide Quality Assurance and User Acceptance testing, both functional and technical, for IT development and integration projects
• Manage data integration/migration projects across internal applications as well as with external systems
• Assist in the KPI and metrics development for the data team's portal applications

Communication

• Coordinate with ADS category managers and sales representatives to obtain up-to-date pricing sheets for all products
• Provide continuous status updates for open projects to all stakeholders via Salesforce and email
• Clearly and concisely communicate any data limitations, needs, or problems as they arise with any affected business partners
• Provide IT team with feedback for testing and debugging data software releases

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, ADS experience may be substituted
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and to work with shifting priorities and schedules
• Strong technical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to write and develop processes and reports with PL/SQL, SQL Plus, and/or SOQL within various reporting tools.
• Functional experience with Oracle EBS and Salesforce a plus
• Provide off-hours support as needed
• US citizenship required
