Description

We are recruiting for a Receptionist role based near South Haven, Indiana. This role will be sitting at the front, where you will handle a variety of front desk tasks, including greeting customers, processing orders and payments, and managing correspondence. This is an opportunity to work in a manufacturing type of environment, utilizing your skills in customer service, multitasking, organization, and communication. This is an onsite position!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide visitors upon their arrival at the office

• Process customer orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Handle daily mail duties and distribute correspondence as required

• Request quotes from vendors and place purchase orders accordingly

• Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience in organizing files

• Capability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Proficiency in order entry

• Experience in cash handling

• Ability to manage daily mail promptly and accurately
