Demonstrated experience with planning events or group activities, promotion, and implementation. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with target school contacts and university colleagues. Ability to effectively and efficiently work in a team capacity Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Strong oral presentation and written communication skills Must have a valid drivers license and be available for evening and weekend work especially during the six-week summer session. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in education, counseling, or related field Demonstrated experience working with low-income, first-generation students and their families.
