JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Corporate Finance Coordinator

FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt

REPORTS TO: Corporate Financial Manager

SUMMARY

This is an administrative position involving various accounting related functions, including the computer entry and maintenance of data relating to accounts payable, bill of materials, account reconciliations, and audit requests. It includes the planning and performing of various duties to collect and process data accurately and timely within the specifications of standard practice. It requires regular contact within and outside the company, supplying and seeking information tactfully and with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Under general supervision is responsible for the following major tasks (check those that apply): Bill of materials maintenance for US and international plants. Monitor and respond to A/P email inquiries from inside and outside of the company. Scan, Upload, and submit invoices in Aestiva in a timely manner. Verify invoices for accuracy. Resolve discrepancies that may occur with invoices, POs, vendors, and US plants. Edit POs as requested. Verify payments for vendors as requested. Enter intercompany invoices. Maintain required files. Create A/P batches on a weekly basis. Extract Concur batches weekly. Perform month end/year end tasks as assigned by supervisor. Assist in pulling data for audits. Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 2 years of college or specialized training is preferred. Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Possesses the ability to learn routines quickly, train others for routine positions and gather information.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position typically does not require any travel.
