Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sr. Financial Analyst in the healthcare industry, based in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and expense reporting to support the financial health and strategic initiatives of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from financial data

• Utilize CRM and ERP solutions for effective resource planning and customer relationship management

• Handle CapEx (Capital Expenditure) related tasks to manage and track company's long term investments

• Contribute to accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Participate in budget processes, working with various departments to establish and maintain budgets

• Manage expense reporting, reviewing and verifying expenses for accuracy

• Provide expert financial advice and insights to the management for strategic decision-making

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and profitability

• Use financial software 'About Time' for efficient time tracking and project management

• Continuously analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Requirements • Must possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS sector is required.

• Proficiency in using CapEx, CRM, and ERP Solutions is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes is a must.

• Should have a firm grasp of Data Mining Techniques.

• Experience with 'About Time' software is desirable.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Ability to handle Expense Reporting effectively is required.

• Should have a thorough understanding of finance and financial principles.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.

• Should be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.

• Experience with financial forecasting and diagnosis is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, is required.

• Must adhere to all rules and regulations of the Healthcare/NHS industry.

• Knowledge of financial software applications is a plus.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

• Should be able to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills are required.
