Robert Half Admin Coordinator in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description We are in search of a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The Office Manager will primarily be responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. The Office Manager will also be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to management, administration, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

• Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

• Address employees' queries regarding office management issues

• Liaise with global departments and provide general support to visitors

• Provide assistance in organizing company events

• Support the management in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Workstation Support

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills

• Experience with video conferencing and related technology

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov platform

• Knowledge and experience in R Code programming

• Experience working with offshore teams

• Understanding of TRICARE health program

• Familiarity with Network Information System (NIS)

• Proven ability to manage office operations effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
