9125: Operations Administrator Disclosure/Compliance

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator Disclosure/Compliance located in Warrendale, PA.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Administrator you will complete electronic EDGAR filings, including converting files to HTML, building electronic filing packages, and proofreading and electronically transmitting filing packages. You will provide assistance in the research, verification and editing of fund information required by the Investment Company Institute.  Work as a team member to provide administrative and technical support to Disclosure/Compliance.

  • Generate and format quarterly Board Meeting Ratified Filings Report.
  • Maintain electronic files, coordinate electronic files that are submitted to the Legal Records team.
  • Support functions include formatting text, tables and charts; revising and comparing documents; correcting errors and revising documents with speed and accuracy.
  • Order supplies for the team, as needed.

     

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Associate degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of business experience
  • Proficient with Windows/PC operating system, proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe.
  • Experience working with EDGAR filings and an advanced skillset in HTML is a plus.
  • Experience working in a complex legal or business environment is a plus.
