Robert Half Service Delivery Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for a Service Delivery Manager. This role is centered around managing the Service Delivery Team, ensuring efficient and effective support for our clients. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing escalated support requests, task assignment, and the overall productivity of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for non-technical issues and escalations from clients.

• Handle and resolve escalated helpdesk tickets.

• Ensure a friendly, quick, and helpful experience for clients through advanced remote troubleshooting.

• Conduct remote and on-site hardware maintenance and support.

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and awareness of relevant information.

• Utilize our ticketing system for managing, recording, and resolving helpdesk tickets and service requests.

• Assign and schedule workload across the team for efficient operation.

• Plan and manage projects, ensuring adherence to internal and client SLAs.

• Evaluate, test, and manage the rollout of new technologies/services across the customer base.

• Act as the primary contact for project work, coordinating and executing project plans.

• Application Frameworks Requirements • Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager role or similar.

• Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

• Strong background in System and Network Administration.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience with Application Installations and Application Frameworks.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of ITIL and other service delivery frameworks.

• Relevant certifications in IT and Service Delivery management would be advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
