Morning Prep

We are seeking a Morning Prep to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and menu planning, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Duties: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing - Assist in menu planning and meal preparation - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient food production - Support catering and dietary department needs as required

Skills: - Experience in food preparation, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting - Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively - Familiarity with meal preparation techniques

We are open Thursday-Sunday. Starting mid June we will be open Wednesdays as well. The hours are 8am-2pm. An opportunity to work on the counter for some hours in the morning and make tips is a possibility for the right candidate but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
