Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative:

Delivering best-in-class service is just the beginning. As Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected and finding solutions that work.

Starting on day one with your paid training, you’ll work from our offices learning how to provide world-class support to our business customers. You’ll use your sales skills and expertise to sell a broad range of AT&T products and services, employing strategies that foster meaningful relationships with customers, elevating the purchasing experience while meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and billing assistance, adeptly addressing any account-related concerns while finding product and service solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Identify growth opportunities for our business customers, seamlessly integrating additional lines or services into customer accounts to bolster their business expansion.

  • Deepen customer understanding through effective communication, empathy, and by thoroughly addressing their needs, ensuring personalized solutions are not just offered but tailored.

  • Gain proficiency in a variety of offerings, including Telephone Services, hotspots, wireless devices, DIRECTV, Internet solutions, and business systems.

  • Specialize in enhancing customer plans through upgrades, package modifications, and the introduction of new services.

What We Look For:

  • Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.

  • At least 1 year of sales experience with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

  • Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products to research information and support customers while talking to them on the phone.

  • Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday, accommodating Daylight Saving Time and holidays.

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,400 (before Taxes)

  • Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets
