What you can expect from this role:

• Managing 20 to 25 direct reports

• Running reports

• Performing Audits and dialy rounding

• Payroll for direct reports

• Training, enforcing policies and procedures, corrective actions

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, flexibility on coverage, scheduling, and PTO

• Managing the bedboard, oversee the day-to-day operation

• Handling emails and attending meetings
