As a Receiving Clerk with Zoetis Reference Labs (ZRL), this person will be ensuring the timely processing of laboratory inventory. This role within the ZRL network is crucial to the overall operation of the business. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Receives packing slips into Fishbowl and ensures lot number/expiration date data entry when required. 2. Investigate missing Fishbowl receipts by contacting suppliers, lab techs and or shipping companies. 3. Verifies supplier invoices in SAP against Ariba purchase orders and Fishbowl purchase orders within each system. 4. Utilizes Ariba receiving process to update Purchase Orders. 5. Communicate with the Accounts Payable team on invoice status for payment. 6. Performs inventory transactions in Fishbowl to ensure inventory accuracy. 7. Performs routine clerical duties, including working with vendors, answering telephones, and assisting internal and external customers. 8. Must be able to receive direction and perform tasks as specified by management. 9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required * Team-oriented, friendly, focused, and able to multitask. * Knowledge of supplies, receiving, and data entry procedures. * 1+ years of experience in a receiving environment. * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required. * Knowledge of Fishbowl and Ariba/SAP is encouraged. * Competitive compensation package.
