Atlantic Health System is seeking multiple Per Diem Patient Care Coordinators to work onsite for Atlantic Health System Investment Corps At Home Medical division, located in Morris Plains.

This will be your ability to flex your work schedule, working Monday through Friday within the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. With a minimum of 5 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week. Position is Per Diem (as needed) and onsite in Morris Plains, NJ.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• The Per Diem PCC supports the customer service team for At Home Medical, processing supply replenishment orders for patients in the home.

• Handling calls and interacting with patients in a call center environment

• Training will be provided

  Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

  Minimum Experience:

• Candidate must have Call Center experience or the equivalent of working in a high call volume environment.

• 2+ years customer service experience.

• Knowledge of DME/Healthcare experience a plus

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid & commercial insurance coverage criteria.

• Must be organized and have the ability to identify and solve problems.

• Must possess excellent communication & computer skills.

• Must be able to multi-task in a high pace environment.

• Knowledge of CPR + computer system and/or home medical business products and policies are a plus, but not required.
