This role is a long-term contract / temporary position for a General Office Clerk based in Miami, Florida.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

• Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing

• Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary

• Interface with customers in a friendly manner

• Exercise proper data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

• Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties

• Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence Requirements - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

• Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent

• Trained to handle office equipment

• Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

• Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Office

• Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

• 1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended

  • Word and Excel experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
