JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN Neurology Clinic - 31711 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: 90% FTE, Day shifts with no weekends or holidays. Partial remote work option after orientation. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to: * Join our world-class interdisciplinary team of providers, nurses, dietitians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other skilled team members to provide life-changing care for brain and nervous system disorders; allowing patients with neurological disorders to live the best life possible! * Contribute to a highly collaborative team and learning environment, where everyone\'s voice is valued, staff wellbeing is a priority and critical thinking, and questions are encouraged. * Engage in collaboration, serving as the touchpoint for patients via MyChart, phone and in-person. Programs within the neurology clinic include: epilepsy, headache, movement disorders, MS, neuromuscular disorders, neuro-oncology, neuropsychology and stoke, and general neurology. * Serve as an educator for patients and their families regarding therapies, treatment plans and medications. * Assist with procedures such as lumbar punctures, muscle biopsies and botox injections. * Participate in research and clinical trials in partnership with providers and other team members, that can help advance care for all neurological patients. Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Work Experience : Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience. Preferred - Relevant RN experience. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification.
