What You’ll Get to Do
You’ll work with a seasoned CACI Program Management Office (PMO) in support of various US Government contracts.
More About the Role
Primary responsibilities include:
Collecting and analyzing program data
Preparing reports on program performance
Maintaining and updating program documentation and databases
Providing support to program participants or clients
Assisting with preparation of budgets and financial reports
Working with team members to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
Helping to organize and facilitate meetings and special events.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Active Secret Security Clearance
Associates degree in business administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Program Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of program management and administrative procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
Experience with logistics and supply chain management.
Military experience.
Experience with Government contracts.

$71,500 - $150,200
