As a Car Porter, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of a car dealership or automotive service center by assisting with various tasks related to vehicle management and customer service. Your primary role is to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles within the facility and provide assistance to customers as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the dealership or service center.
2. Assist customers with parking their vehicles in designated areas and retrieving vehicles when requested.
3. Drive vehicles to and from designated parking areas, service bays, or storage lots within the facility.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles by washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed.
5. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, topping up fluids, and replacing windshield wiper blades.
6. Move vehicles between dealership locations or to off-site storage facilities as required.
7. Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including documenting vehicle condition and mileage.
8. Escort customers to their vehicles and provide instructions on features, controls, and operation as requested.
9. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the vehicle staging areas, service lanes, and customer waiting areas.
10. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
11. Assist with other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the dealership or service center.
