GEHA Sales Analyst in Lee's Summit, Missouri

As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in capturing, analyzing, and reporting data related to Agency Benefit Officer engagement and marketing campaign effectiveness. This position requires a meticulous individual who can provide insights into win-loss analysis, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize strategies.

SKILLS

Key Responsibilities:

ABO/B2B Engagement Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on Administrative Benefit Officer engagement, capturing key metrics and interactions.

  • Provide regular updates on engagement trends, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Win, Loss, and New Opportunity Reports:

  • Generate comprehensive win, loss, and new opportunity reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and factors contributing to successful outcomes.

Tactic and Marketing Effectiveness:

  • Track and report on the success of various marketing tactics and campaigns targeting Administrative Benefit Officers.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and channels.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Provide insights into the performance of specific tactics, marketing efforts, and agencies, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of reported data on overall business objectives.

Campaign Support:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaign execution by providing relevant data and insights.

  • Collaborate on the development of reporting mechanisms to assess campaign performance.

Requirements: Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or analytics role.

  • Proven experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in a B2B marketing or sales context

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software and with Excel.

  • Excellent diligence and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with Administrative Benefit Officer engagement and related industry metrics.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare or health insurance exp

  • Salesforce

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.

  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms

  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,424 - $85,176 USD.
