NOW HIRING - DIRECT HIRE - IMMEDIATE START Maintenance Technician (Building Systems, Equipment Repair, Preventative Maintenance)

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, with potential overtime.

Join our Team in Kenosha, WI. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of production equipment. Must have experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and extensive knowledge of production machinery.

• Troubleshoot and repair various production equipment using blueprints and work orders.

• (EX:NC turret presses, laser, brake presses, punch presses, kick presses, drill presses, spot welders, seam welder, shears, riveters, robot welder, assembly lines, packaging equipment, heat stake equipment, power tools machine tools, tool grinders)

• Quickly address repairs to reduce equipment downtime.

• Plan tasks to ensure continuous productivity of laborers.

• Supervise Maintenance Assistants or Janitors under management's guidance.

• Perform monthly and weekly safety checks on facility lighting and machine guards.

• Manage storage and documentation of maintenance materials and equipment.

• Maintain tool and equipment inventory, suggesting new purchases.

• Report major repairs and safety issues to the Production Manager.

• Assist in company events and emergency maintenance tasks.

• Adhere to safety standards and engage in continuous personal and team training.

$25+ Hr based on experience and qualifications. This is an interview-based position.

• Follow and promote federal, state and company safety rules, safe operating procedures/practices; monitor and assure compliance, guiding all employees to follow safety rules, procedures and practices.

• Follow all ISO procedures and guidelines regarding preventive and periodic maintenance of equipment.

• Active participation in ongoing individual training /development program(s).

• Set goals and objectives with Manager; look for ways to improve quality and productivity.

• Maintain good housekeeping conditions in Maintenance department and all areas where maintenance work has been performed.

• Report abnormalities in equipment, machines, programs and processes, etc.

• Engage in cross-training and perform backup functions to other Maintenance team members and Supervisor as instructed.
