Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
Role Overview:
The HIRE In-Facility Regional Director works in the Department of Correction (DOC) to recruit, train, and maintain staff so they can assist qualified and rehabilitated in and out of facility clients obtain and retain employment to prevent recidivism and support local and regional communities. This position will focus on partnership with each facility to make sure our in-facility liaison named by each location. It will be dotted line supervision and support for each staff named to the facility.

A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
• Maintain the following standards for the HIRE in Facility Liaisons that they supervise:
• Staff schedule one-on-one meetings and trainings
• Support
• Resume Preparation Quality and completeness
• Transportation Research for in-facility client
• Prep work for In-Facility START Workshops
• Confirm release dates and checking on modifications, outstanding warrants or holds.
• Research possible business recruitment to share with HIRE Coordinator for recruitment efforts.
• Work with training team to ensure appropriate training of assigned staff.
• Work cooperatively with the HIRE Regional Director to ensure the HIRE process flow is followed for beneficial employment placement.
• Work to ensure START facilitations and HB 1002 Workshops in each location are as time allows.
• Fully participate in appointed special projects assigned by the HIRE Program Director
• Supervisor In-Facility staff to complete tasks as outlined below:
• Coordinate Eligibility
• Maintain Data
• Reporting progress, completions, and audits
• Creating acceptable security standards

What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
• 3 years of related experience or degree in related field
• 3- 5 years of supervisory experience with multiple staff
• Ability to comprehend and interpret a variety of complex data reporting measures.
• Considerable knowledge in project planning and tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
• Ability to multitask, organize files, and build working relationships.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.
• Ability to effectively give feedback, provide guidance or corrective action, coach, and develop employee skillsets.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role may provide direct supervision for one or more staff members.
