REQUIREMENTS

To assist in the retention and satisfaction of long-term customers by assuring timely, safe and efficient delivery of customer product.

Education/Experience Requirements

1. Secondary education or High school diploma.

2. Excellent organizational, verbal and writing skills.

3. Computer literacy in; word, excel, internet explorer and outlook.

4. AutoCAD, Solidworks experience helpful

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Training and Experience: Entry level. Experience in office environment, manufacturing environment preferred.

Tactical Responsibilities

1. Reviews customer RFQ's and enters Quotes into E2 System, prepares drawings and other customer documentation for Estimator to prepare an estimate.

2. Reviews contract requirements, opens shop orders, assist in reviewing new parts and helps to document routers in E2 as developed by senior engineers.

3. This includes documenting materials in BOM and outside services including acquiring pricing and lead times to be documented in E2.

4. May assist in purchasing duties. Enters customer orders into E2 in a timely manner. Create job folders. Updates E2 and engineering documentation

2. Responsible for receiving, customer Request for Quotations (RFQ) and entering them into E2. Process drawings and other customer documentation for the Estimating role. Organizes material and outside service requirements Obtains current material costs, subcontracting costs and finishing costs. Confirms final quotation to customer
