Job Summary The ServiceNow Systems Analyst is a member of the IT Service Management (ITSM) team within the Customer Service department. This team is responsible for defining, implementing, and continually improving the ITIL-based service management processes and best practices for managing IT and other services. As a ServiceNow Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping to lead our ServiceNow platform and driving key initiatives that enhance our operations. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are well-managed, and delivering results on time. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Project Coordination: Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Ensure project timelines, scope, and objectives are met. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including IT, HR, Finance, and other departments, to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with the business strategy. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes through ServiceNow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of ServiceNow configurations, changes, and project status reports. Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the ServiceNow platform operates smoothly and meets performance standards. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow features and functionalities. Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends related to ServiceNow and IT service management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. ServiceNow certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Systems Analyst or similar role. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices. Intermediate and advanced ITIL certifications are beneficial.
