General Summary: Are you passionate about supporting dynamic sales teams and ensuring customer satisfaction? As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing strategies to empower our EDGE sales teams. This role involves maintaining effective communication with customers and account managers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing creative solutions within established guidelines.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities: Content-Sell Sheets: * Create compelling and informative content-sell sheets that effectively communicate product features and benefits, supporting the sales team in their efforts.

Co-op Tracking: * Manage co-op initiatives, tracking usage and ensuring seamless collaboration with partners to maximize marketing opportunities.

CRM (Hubspot): * Utilize CRM tools, specifically Hubspot, to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and streamline communication between sales and support teams.

Displays: * Collaborate with the marketing team to design eye-catching displays for trade shows and other events, enhancing brand visibility and attracting potential customers.

Distributor Onboarding: * Facilitate the onboarding process for new distributors, providing necessary resources and support to ensure a smooth transition into the EDGE network.

E-Commerce: * Support E-Commerce efforts by coordinating with online platforms, optimizing product listings, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

IBS Support: * Provide support to builders and contractors during the Installation of our products, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Lead Care and Feeding: * Nurture and cultivate leads by gauging interest levels, understanding customer needs, and directing leads to appropriate channels for further engagement.

Pricing Updates: * Regularly update pricing information, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in the market.

Pagination: * Implement pagination strategies for product catalogs, ensuring that information is organized and presented in a user-friendly manner.

Samples: * Coordinate sample requests from customers, dealers, and contractors, liaising with the production team to fulfill orders promptly.

Training: * Conduct training sessions for sales teams, keeping them informed about new products, features, and industry trends.

UFP Gear: * Manage UFP Gear initiatives, ensuring the availability and distribution of branded merchandise to promote the EDGE brand.

Maintains Communication: * Regularly communicate with customers through Brand Bulletins, Brochures, and program updates, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Knowledge Required: * Minimum high school graduate * Two years of customer service experience * Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Out
