North Shore Health is seeking applicants for a Laboratory Administrative Director. The Laboratory Administrative Director (LD-A), under the direction of the Hospital Administrator and Laboratory Medical Director (LD), is responsible for all duties as stated in the Laboratory Administrative Director Position Description. The LD-A directs, supervises, and oversees the operations of the Laboratory, develops and manages the departmental budgets, provides organizational leadership to develop effective staffing, and takes an active role in the facility leadership group. The LD-A also maintains competency as a Med Tech (MLS).
