Adecco is hiring immediately for a Client Service Assistant with a local client in Glen Ellyn, IL ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

· Contract Type: Temp to Hire

· Pay: $ 25.00+/HR *Depending on Experience

· Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 Hour Shift

· Work setting: In-person

· Work Location: In person

The client service assistant supports the team in all levels of operations through direct client interaction and "behind the scenes" by coordinating with other team members, the Broker Dealer and sponsor companies. This person must be able to follow industry compliance regulations with accuracy and attention-to detail to ensure a high-quality outcome.

Responsibilities

Client Service:

· Works directly with all clients and advisor on a broad range of service questions and requests

· Interfaces with Broker Dealer, fund companies, custodians and insurance companies daily

· Delivers service to all clients, and concierge service to select groups, as directed

· Prepare new account paperwork and service requests for both wet and electronic signature

Financial Planning and Investment Reviews:

· Helps coordinate and schedule client review meetings

· Prepares client review materials

· Handles after meeting follow-up including financial planning fees, new account paperwork, service requests and records meeting notes

Compliance:

· Assists in maintaining a compliant practice: files, blotters, and books and records

· Understands and adheres to policies regarding support from wholesalers, compliance approval for documents, proper use of stationery/business cards, and other required procedures

· Assists clients and advisor to the extent possible based on licensing and/or registrations

Operations and Technology Support:

· Assists in maintaining and updating the CRM and client files

· Work within multiple vendor new business systems on a daily basis

· Works with Compliance Manager to ensure advertising materials are submitted for approval prior to use

· Maintains records, and assists in commission problem resolution, if requested

· Creates professional looking documents and correspondence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as needed

· Impeccable ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity

· Positive attitude and the ability to handle a fast-paced workload

· Comfortable working both with the team and independently

· Proactively learn and understand new processes and compliance procedures

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 to 5 years of client service or administrative support experience, preferably in the financial services industry

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· FINRA Series 6 license

· Ability to pass a background check

Education

· High School diploma required

· Graduate from business school preferred or equivalent work experience

· FIRNA Series 6 License preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
