Job Description:
The Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution Case Coordinator is responsible for case management duties, including but not limited to:
Scheduling hearings for the Student Conduct Committee, Greek Conduct Committee, and Health Science Center Student Conduct Committee.
Preparing and maintaining records for Committee Hearings.
Communicating with potential witnesses, responding students, reporting/impacted parties, and other conduct process participants.
Preparing case packets for Committee hearings
Scheduling meetings/hearings for SCCR staff
The Case Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with additional SCCR office tasks including, but not limited to:
Office management tasks, including data entry, phone/email communication, and front desk coverage when needed.
Keeping educational records private
Entering cases into the database
Expected Salary:
13.35 per hour
Minimum Requirements:
Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Federal Work Study
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with verbal and written communication.
Demonstrate attention to professionalism, dependability, and timeliness.
In-depth knowledge of the UF Student Conduct Process.
Experience with data management systems.
