Pharmacist:

• Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability.

Degree:

• PharmD; Foreign equivalent foreign degree with Michigan Pharmacy and Controlled Substance license accepted.

Licenses:

• Active Michigan Board of Pharmacy License.

``` - Good standing with the Michigan Board of Pharmacy.

Experience and Skills:

48 months of experience as a retail pharmacist to include:

Ensuring medication reaches the patient in the correct form and dose -- this may include tablets, capsules, ointments, injections, inhalers, and creams.
