Our client in El Paso Texas is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Do you have experience with Micro-VU Vision System, hands-on CMM operation experience, and experience using Calypso software?

Whats in it for you?

• Flexible scheduling between the hours of 3:30pm to 12:00am

What will you be doing?

• Plan, organize, and execute the completion of all metrology reporting using the CMM, vision system, and other precision measuring equipment.

• Provide assistance with the completion of PPAP documentation in accordance with PPAP manual and/or customer-specified requirements.

• Responsible for new product launches, transfer tooling, annual layouts, and product changes and validations.

• Perform process capability studies and MSA studies using statistical software.

What do you bring?

• Hands-on CMM operation experience with use of Calypso software.

• Experience with the Micro-Vu vision system.

• Ability to use various types of precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, pin gages, etc.

• Proficiency with GD&T print tolerancing.

• Working knowledge of statistical tools including Mini-tab and other software.

• Hands-on knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

• Computers skills (MS Office Suite).

• Effective planning, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
