Evaluate admissions applications and manage admissions operations functionality for assigned demographic/population (transfers, student-athletes, regional campuses, etc.). Essential Functions Manage application operations requests and process applications for assigned student population (i.e. cancellations, major changes, term deferrals, and campus changes). Update and maintain accurate student records both in CRM and the university's Student Information System. Process high school and/or college transcripts, which may include data entry and transfer credit evaluations for all campuses and student populations. Maintain admissions guidelines and criteria for application review. Review and assess applications for direct admission. Monitor and adjust daily audit queries to ensure the accuracy of application data. Attend admissions related events to provide application support. Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Education Associate's Degree Two (2) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Additional Qualifications Considered Experience with Technolutions Slate and/or PeopleSoft, or other CRM software. Experience with processing high school and college transcripts. Detail oriented and organized.
