Insight Global Salesforce Test Engineer II in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented, experienced Test Engineer with good communication skills and a passion for testing Salesforce product for our growing organization. The Test Engineer will be responsible for managing all functional and automated testing processes in support of Salesforce development efforts. From design to implementation, you will partner with our stellar engineering, product, and design teams in a fast-paced, agile environment to transform ideas into a reality. Utilizing modern methodologies and open source tools, you will be empowered to push the boundaries of Test Engineering as we seek to deliver Salesforce that will directly and immediately impact the experience of our teams and our patients. This role will handle the creation of all test scripts, the documentation of all test cases and identification of bugs across Salesforce development and reporting. The Test Engineer will manage the identification of bugs and assist in the prioritization of bug fixes

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in CS or equivalent work experience

8+ years experience in automation testing development including Salesforce test automation

Proficiency with one or more of the following programming languages/frameworks - .NET/JAVA, JavaScript, Python

8+ years experience with testing tools like WebdriverIO, Selenium, SOAP UI, Ready API, open source tools

2+ years experience with databases and SQL

Proficiency with Test Case Preparation and Execution.

Sound knowledge of QA methodology and Agile frameworks

Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details

Experience working in an Agile/Devops environment

Experience working with source code and CI tools and processes

Familiarity with Azure DevOps and gRPC - Preferred null
