Aston Carter Desktop Publisher (Active Top Secret/SCI) in Chantilly, Virginia

Description:

This position uses computer software to design and format page layouts for documents submitted to government and commercial customers. Establishes and follows templates and guidelines for formatting documents in Microsoft Office suite. Readies files for printing and submission by applying templates and formatting documents to fit customer and company specifications. This role will divide time between working remotely and working onsite in a SCI facility.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience, or a Masters and 8+ years of experience, or a PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience. An additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 6 + years of practical desktop publishing experience, preferably in government bids/contracts. Candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines, and be available to work outside normal business hours, if required to meet customer deadlines. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with team members remotely on editing assignments and working in web-based workflow and collaboration tools. Experience in Microsoft Teams a plus.
