Primary Skills/Responsibilities

• Customer service: Communication skills to provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally

• Multi-tasking: Be able to field inbound and outbound calls while navigating multiple tabs and screens

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to schedule appointments, and share relevant information
