We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Oversee employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment

• Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee compensation

• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed

• Stay current on HR trends and best practices
