Carlisle Interconnect Technologies Product Marketing Intern in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

The Product Marketing team is looking for two interns to work on the defined projects below. We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic students to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in product marketing within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Project #1

Create and organize a process for New Product Roadshows. The applicant would determine the list of new product offerings and the best means to create a cohesive product demonstration. The demonstrations must be highly interactive, intuitive, and easy to create and execute. These demonstration events will be held regionally by the PM and sales team for each brand. To prepare the demonstration properly, there should be training so the individual executing the product demonstration clearly understands the key talking points and how to execute an impactful event properly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clearly communicate with PM's and sales staff

Define project timeline and execute the plan

Work with PM's and specialist to define talking points and how to's

Project #2

Utilize new technologies to define options for market research. The technology can gather information across multiple communication platforms to compile product feedback, opinions, and pain points. The information would then help define new product or system concepts for commercial roofing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with PMs and sales staff.

Research technology options and provide pros and cons for each method.

Implement a pilot with new technology and determine the impact on product knowledge.

Qualification:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing ideas and supporting the overall objectives of the product marketing team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and contribute ideas for product improvements and optimizations.
  • Genuine interest in technology, products, and a desire to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet project needs.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Carlisle, PA Mid-May to Mid-August
