As a Registered Nurse on our Skilled Unit, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

This position is your choice of a FT Day or FT Night position with the luxury of 3- 12hr shifts. The schedule includes rotating weeks and rate range includes a $5/hr differential for all weekend shifts and Evening and Night shift hours qualify for a $4/hr differential in addition.

Differentials are reflected in the hourly rate range listed for the position. Starting base rate is $40.32/hr and max hourly rate with differentials is $51.56/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans

  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information

  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed

  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery

  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Rate of Pay

USD $40.32 - USD $51.56 /Hr.

Qualifications:

  • Valid State of Main License as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both

  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
