The General Manager of Skiptown will lead their team in providing excellent service and care for our human and dog customers. They will strategize and execute on initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets and they will champion the Skiptown Standard of Operational Excellence.

As our General Manager you will…
Grow and develop teams and lines of business
Provide management and operational oversight for all Skiptown product offerings (service lines)
Execute the Skiptown Operations Playbook and ensure store level adherence to the Skiptown Standard of Operational Excellence
Drive revenue to meet monthly targets
Ensure all service lines are staffed to meet growth and service demand consistently
Lead implementation of new processes and product offerings at Skiptown Denver-RiNo
Ensure facility is maintained and outfitted appropriately
Requirements:
3+ years of general management experience in the service industry
Experience managing a high performing team
Must love dogs
