Job Description:

Desktop Technician II - Onsite in Ann Arbor, MI - Some travel - W2 Only Job Responsibilities: Candidate will be providing support of hardware and software in this role across various locations across the country. Support may be either hands on or remote, depending on user location; travel will be required for this role so all candidates must be able and willing to travel frequently for this role. Analyst will be required to work from existing ticket queues in ServiceNow or, if no ticket, either request the user create one or create one themselves. May also be required to do other work/tasks as assigned by leadership. Skill Requirements:

  • 4+years experience in IT support
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills - Onsite and Remotely
  • Excellent customer service -White Glove serviceworking with C-suite Executives
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to ask questions
  • Hands on and remote hardware support: Windows, Mac, and Dell hardware
  • Mobile Support - Android and Mac
  • ServiceNow - preferred
  • Basic Network troubleshooting
  • Basic SolarWinds familiarity

Work Hours: 8:00A-5:00P EST Duration of Assignment: 8 months Travel: required; candidate must be onsite when not traveling
